Yes! We have staff that are fluent in Spanish and our Employee Portal supports both English and Spanish speaking users.

Are you a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)?

Our PrimeHR™ clients have the peace of mind with Emplicity as their PEO, providing the highest level of benefits and risk reduction that we offer.

Do you offer large-group employee health insurance plans?

You don’t need to have 100 employees to participate in our large-group plans through Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser Permanente.

Can you reduce my cost for workers’ compensation insurance?

Through our 17 year partnership with Zurich Insurance Company, our PrimeHR clients typically see a savings of 15-20% on their current workers’ compensation premiums.

Do I get a live person?

Yes! A dedicated HR Manager will be assigned to your account to assist you every step of the way.

Is Emplicity Certified by the IRS?
Yes, Emplicity is a Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO) with the IRS as of April 1, 2019. This certification program originated as a result of the Small Business Efficiency Act in 2014.  PEOs with CPEO status have demonstrated their stability and financial well-being, as well as their ability to meet and maintain strict requirements for financial reporting, tax status, and bonding.
Does my current insurance lapse?

That’s up to you. You can certainly retain your current coverage under any of our plans. Under our PrimeHR™ service, your employees can opt-in to Emplicity’s Big Company benefits.
