I love it when….
• Managers set clear expectations
• Managers communicate clearly and often
• Mangers really “listen”
• Managers are consistent and timely with deadlines, meetings, communication, employees and oh yeah, did I mention communication?
• Employees bring solutions and not just issues
• Employees are creative in problem solving
• Employees are open and honest about ideas in the workplace
• Employees engage in the company vision and mission
I hate it when…
• Managers assume their employees understand what is expected
• Managers blow off their employees
• Managers are unreliable and unpredictable
• Employees complain and are not willing to help fix the problem
• Employees sit and stew over issues and don’t address them with management
• Employees just work for a paycheck… where’s the passion?
