You can access your payroll and employment information on the web.

Here are examples of the information you can review:

• Your pay check before payday including wages, taxes and deductions from your current pay check
  
  
• Your vacation/sick balance (where applicable)
  
  
• Your elected tax filing status and number of exemptions
  
  
• Your personal employment information, i.e. pay rate, employment category and hire date
  
  
• Your personal overview (includes home address, phone number, date of birth, marital status etc.)
  
  

You can make on-line changes to the following information:

• Your home address & phone number
  
  
• Federal & State Income tax withholding elections (where applicable)
  
  
• Coming soon – you will be able to change your direct deposit information
  
  

You can print copies of:

• You can print a copy of your current or previous check stubs
  
  
• Year to date summary of your pay (current & previous years*)
  
  
• Your W-2 at the end of the tax year
  
  

How do you access it? Simple!

From your internet browser, enter http://www.emplicity.com

• Click “sign in” button (upper right hand corner of screen)
  
  
• Enter your “username” and “password”
